Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Paciotti purchase; however, if you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them inside the shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
